The actor made his debut with "Leader" and his performance earned him acclaim.Rana is said to have done some daredevil scenes without using a body double.In the movie, Rana is paired opposite actress Nayanathara, who plays a journalist.The action-adventure drama is directed by Radhakrishna Jagarlamudi, popularly known as Krish.Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum will be released in more theatres than Talaash in Andhra Pradesh and in equal number of screens in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, said the sources.Both the movies are scheduled for release the same day.
The bilingual film in Telugu and Tamil, is likely to outnumber Aamir Khan's Bollywood film Talaash in terms of screens in south India, according to Telugu film industry sources.The much-awaited movie Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum, starring young Telugu actor Rana Daggubati, is expected to open in 1,000 screens worldwide Friday.
